This woman’s breasts lessened after child bearing and breast feeding. The size was about 1.5. The patient wished to have natural-looking breasts as the result of the operation. This young lady has a prolate chest: which means that the space between her collar bone and her nipple is extended. That is why it was important to choose an anatomic-shaped implant with the vertical diameter greater than the horizontal. The implant is placed behind the mammary gland and the pectoral fascia. The size of the breast after the augmentation is 325 cc.
