This patient had the breast size 1 before the operation. She wished to have her breast augmented 2 sizes. The young lady is tall. She has a broad chest and a big mamma base. That caused me to use a super soft round implant 340 cc in size. At the patient’s wish the submammary fold incision was used. The implant is placed behind the muscle and partially behind the pectoral fascia. As the result of the operation the patient got the breast size 3.

The initial breast size of this patient was 1.5. Through pariareolar incision an anatomic-shaped implant 250 cc in size was placed. The size of the breast after the operation is 2.5.

The photo on the left shows a cone-shaped breast that lost its volume after breast feeding. The patient wished to use minimal possible implant size for the correction. I used an anatomic-shaped implant of 250 cc. That was the smallest possible implant size to raise the sagged breast and to feed the loosened skin. The inlay is placed behind the muscle and the fascia through pariareolar incision. The current size of the patient’s breast is just a little more than 2.5.

Initially the patient had the breast size 1. Now an anatomic-shaped shortened implant 215 cc in size is placed behind the muscle. The current breast size is 2.
