Several years ago this patient underwent a breast augmentation operation with implants placed in sub-glandular position. The breast looked normal after the procedure but then the margins of the implants became visible. In the course of correction the implants were removed and new anatomic-shaped inlays 375 cc in size placed behind the muscle. There is no risk of showing the implant's margins or sagging anymore.

Before the operation the young lady had literally no breast. The side position of areola and broad chest determined the choice of the implants type: round low profile inlays 260 cc in size. Axillary incision was used. Now the patient’s breast size is 2.5 and any possibility of sagging is expelled.

This patient’s breast became smaller and drooped after breast feeding. The size was approximately 1. The surgery placed a round middle profile implant 260 cc in size through periareolar incision in sub-muscular position. The after-operation breast size is 2.5.
