The lady’s breast sagged after breast feeding. A shortened anatomic-shaped implant of 215 cc is placed behind the muscle through periareolar incision. The current breast size is 2.5. The marks on the skin are from a compression bra.

Several years ago this patient was operated using implants in subglandular position. The implants sagged and became visible on the upper side a year after the procedure. We performed replacement of the inlays using anatomic-shaped implants 375 cc in size. The implants are placed behind the muscle. The margins of the implant will never show.

This patient has a cone-shaped breast. The space between the areola and the submammary fold is short. The breast size was 2. In course of the surgery an anatomic-shaped implant 250 cc in size was placed behind the muscle through periareolar incision. The current size of the breast is 3.5.
