The surgery removed the bone-cartilage bump, lateral bone discision for narrowing the bridge of the nose was performed. Reduction of the cephalic aliform cartilage was done on the nose tip which let the nose tip shorten and go up.
The nose tip skin of this patient is thick which required the whole procedure be lowest traumatic to avoid swelling and the following thickening and scurring of the nose tip.
The patient was fully satisfied with the result of the operation.

Rhinoplasty

This patient had twisted nasal dorsum, asymmetrical nose tip and septum. Correction of a twisted nose poses one of the greatest challenges in rhinoplasty. The illusion of nasal dorsum difficult to correct as all the outer and inner nasal structures are involved. The correfernce of these structures is the most complcated task for a surgeon. In this case an operation on the nose tip, septoplasty and osteotomy for shaping the septum were performed.

Rhinoplasty

This patient’s nose tip was overprojected. The nasolabial angle as itself is normal but the terminal part of the nose tip was drooped. That made the nose resemble a bird’s nib. The correction procedure included a rotation of the nose tip upwards and a traditional dorslim operation: the nose bump reducing and narrowing of the nose dorslim. As the result, the patient has a natural womanly nose.

Rhinoplasty

It’s the tip of the nose that was most challenging in the operation. The tip has excessively thick skin. For redistributing the excessive skin upwards we needed to make the dorslim of nose significantly smaller. The nose tip was raised with placing an additional support in columella.
