Rhinoplasty
Here the nose has an overprominent nose tip. An operation for shortening the nose tip was performed and a usual surgery on the nose dorsum – bump reduction and osteotomy.

Rhinoplasty
This patient has a post-traumatic nose: the nose is twisted and the tip is deformed. The surgery included narrowing of the nose tip, an upward rotation and bump reduction with the lateral ostotomy. The patient wished to get rid of the defects without changing the nose shape. The picture shows the nose 10 days after the procedure.

Rhinoplasty
This is a very wide nose with wide nostrils resembling an aquiline beak. A regular operation on the nose dorsum was performed (bump reduction and osteotomy), the nose tip and the nostrils were made smaller for avoiding the aquiline look.
